---good day sunshine---

One of the best things to feel is pure contentment. I slept in until ten o'clock today, and I didn't feel guilty about it at all. I haven't slept in that late for months...maybe not since last Christmas break. A long time ago, anyways. Then, downstairs, my sister's decorating the house, Christmas music is playing, and there's snow outside. The one thing that kind of stinks though is that I'm not at Nicole's house...baking cookies and "doing my french". Rest assured though, we're getting together again over Christmas break, girls!

I'm sick of doing French already today. And try and read French out loud. And listen to French music. If I hear another French word come out of someone's mouth by the end of today, I'll freak!

On an unrelated note, I loved yesterday...everything. Even ddr was fun. Not that I wasn't expecting it to be, I just kind of knew I would stink at it. Anyways, it was really fun. I've got an awesome video of Eska doing ddr...if I knew how to put it on my blog, it would be up here. And walking to Tim's is always a good time, guys. Even if someone has a car next year, I'd still almost prefer to walk. J-walking is always exciting! Also, a word of advice to all you out there...it isn't smart to be buying frostys at this time of year. (Lenore...) The only thing to do is get a coffee just before you leave so that you don't freeze to death before you get back to the school.

The concert was even fun, especially jazz band. We basically ruled the concert guys. I've never had so much fun playing baritone sax before. I'm definitely in jazz band next year...everyone should join! Oh, but the one part of the concert...when someone stole my chair (*ahem!* LENORE) and I'm stuck up there holding my instrument while everyone else is sitting down. It was mortifying for a good ten seconds. Other than that incident, the concert was good.

All in all, I enjoyed this week a lot. Really good times.

i totally agree. yesterday was so much fun. it was great, 'cause i've been kinda... i dunno. less happy most of this week, and yesterday turned that around. yes, jazz band rocked, and ddr was, ... an experience. i'm not as good as i remember me being, but then again, i've only played a couple times before. and yay! for snow. i have a nice, thick, four or five inch blanket of snow covering the lawn, and snow hanging on the the branches of trees. it's just feels so christmassy again.

okay so i commented on this... but it must have deleted my comments.

today and yesterday have been amazing days. 'sides the fact that i was exhausted today. but for being exhausted... this was definitely one of my better days.

this week has been interesting... stressful. but good i think. these two past days have been a nice end to it all, way better than the whole week.

we have very little snow. a little bit. haha. enough to make my toes numb when playing man-hunt. i wish you could've joined in our midnight game of it... it was great fun! i missed you! sorry about being three hours late...

i'm so happy that you're day has been full of contentment. and i'm so glad you got to sleep in for once. wow. that's amazing.

ddr was tons of fun. even though i never did it... i will eventually... one day!!

haha j-walking is always exciting. it makes me laugh... to think of us j-walking.

the chair thing was hilarious. oh man. that will go down in my history books... considering i was the one who stole lenore's chair... but um... yeah thankfully it all worked out!

i've had some good conversations with you this week! many more yet to come... ahhh. good times. "really good times."

aw that part about the chair sucked... but at least it all worked out in the end... i saw you attempting to sit on the floor thing.. and i was like... but her instrument is longer than her!! that doesn't work!!! ahh!!

and jazz band was amazing! i think we're all really happy about that... cuz we ruled!!! and for those fairweather members... i.e. eska who joins then quits the next year... your missing out... and next year when and if you join... we will not forget that you rejected us this year....grr...
